Job Description:<\/strong>
We are seeking an experienced welder to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and a strong understanding of welding techniques and materials.

Responsibilities<\/strong>:
Read and interpret blueprints and welding process specifications
Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes according to project specifications
Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools
Ensure welded structures meet industry standards and project requirements
Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times

Requirements<\/strong>:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a welder
Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding process specifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Welding certification preferred but not required
Authorization to work in [insert country]
Candidates should have a good standard of English and be prepared to undertake the UKVI IELTS examination.<\/strong><\/em>
